Tofu spread with basil

Making your own tofu spread is incredibly simple, and you can choose to flavor it however you like. Here, I made the spread with lemon, basil, salt, and pepper.

200 g firm tofu
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Black pepper
Fresh basil (I used around 6 leaves)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1. Add all the ingredients in a jar.
2. Blend until a smooth consistency.
3. Taste and add more salt or lemon juice if you like.
4. Serve the tofu spread on your favorite gluten-free bread!
