Purchase terms

General

You have to be 18 years old to shop at Fridanyman.se. If you are under 18 years old, you must have consent to your purchase from your caregiver. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the authorizer is responsible for the card. 

De priser som anges för produkter är i svenska kronor inklusive moms. Digitala produkter, som e-böcker, kurser och liknande har ingen fraktkostnad. Om du skulle handla en fysisk produkt kan en fraktkostnad tillkomma, beroende på hur mycket du handlar för vid beställning. Fysiska produkter skickas till närmaste postombud och du får en avisering när ditt paket är framme och kan hämtas ut.

We reserve the right for any errors in the price and product information on the website. We also reserve the right to change product information, prices and content on the website without notice to the customer. We also reserve the right to correct information, text or technical problems afterwards.

Returns and complaints

We have no right of withdrawal on our digital products (ebooks, courses, etc.) if you regret your purchase. For physical products, the right of withdrawal is 14 days. 

If there's something wrong with a product, it's of course possible to report this and get the money back for both the product and the possible shipping cost. For a complaint to be valid, the complaint about the product must be due to a fault in the product/item itself. Complaints do not apply if the error occurred due to, for example, improper use or other things that damaged the product and led to the defect. The complaint about the product must be received by our customer service no later than 21 days after the customer receives their order. We also need attached image or video to clarify the defect or problem sent to: kontakt@fridanyman.se

The money is refunded within 7 banking days from the complaint being approved and completed.

European businesses and consumers can submit complaints to ODR.

Order confirmation 

När du har slutfört ett köp hos Fridanyman.se får du en orderbekräftelse skickad till din mejladress. Kontrollera din skräppost om du inte har fått någon orderbekräftelse (ibland händer det att mejl som skickas automatiskt hamnar i skräppost). Det är alltid bra att du sparar din orderbekräftelse eftersom den fungerar som dokumentation på ditt köp. 

Delivery and shipping

De priser som anges för produkterna i webbshoppen är i svenska kronor inklusive moms. Eventuell fraktkostnad tillkommer gällande fysiska produkter men inte på digitala produkter. Man kan handla våra digitala produkter från de flesta delar av världen i vår e-handel. Fysiska produkter kan beställas och levereras inom Sverige. Digitala produkter skickas och levereras direkt efter beställning. Once you have placed an order for a physical product, we will pack it as soon as possible (please note that we do not pack and ship packages during holidays). The order is sent to the nearest post office and the delivery time is usually between 2-5 working days. You will receive a notification via SMS or email when your package is available to collect at your post office. For packages that are not picked up from the post office, a fee of SEK 250 is charged by the customer for labor and shipping costs. All parcels delivered to the post office need to be collected no later than 7 days after you receive the notification of the delivery's arrival (unless otherwise stated in your notification). 

Customer service:

Our customer service can be contacted via email and is open Monday - Friday. We answer your email as soon as possible and always try to answer incoming emails within 2 working days (48 hours) at the latest. In case of high load of cases, a longer response time may occur.
