Glutenfria veganska chokladbrownies

Gluten-free vegan chocolate brownies

Dessa glutenfria, veganska  chokladbrownies är otroligt goda, enkla att baka och innehåller bara naturliga ingredienser. De är sötade med dadlar och är även fiberrika då de innehåller svarta bönor – fast det skulle ingen kunna gissa på smaken! Jag toppade dessa med hemmagjord choklad och hackade valnötter.

Ingredients 12 brownies:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water
2 cups black beans, cooked and rinsed
3/4 cup cacao powder
3 tbsp coconut oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of bourbon vanilla powder
7-9 soft dates, soaked in hot water for about 10 minutes (add more dates if you want sweeter brownies)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Melted chocolate (1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao powder, a pinch of salt, around 3 tsp maple syrup)
Chopped walnuts

1. Set the oven on 175 C.
2. Blend chia seeds and water in a bowl with a hand blender and let sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Bring water to a boil and soak the dates for about 10 minutes. Melt the coconut oil.
4. Rinse the cooked black beans. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
5. Add the coconut oil and the chia seeds.
6. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, or with a hand blender, until the batter is smooth.
8. Transfer the batter to a muffin form, or muffin forms made of parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven, 175 C for about 20-25 minutes (I baked them in 25 minutes).
9. Melt the coconut oil for the chocolate in a water bath, and add the cacao powder, salt and maple syrup. Stir around.
10. Chop the walnuts.
11. When the brownies are ready, let them cool and get firm before they are transferred out the baking form with a fork.
12. Top with the chocolate and the chopped walnuts.
